Title: General Dentist

Work site: 338 S Green Bay Rd., Waukegan, IL 60085

Duties:

Assist patients with dental problems, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and dental maintenance. Apply dental impression technology to create high quality restorations. Perform diagnostic and preventive dentistry, including cleanings, polishing, fluoride treatment, sealants, xrays, and other diagnostic and preventive procedures. Perform cosmetic dental procedures, including veneers, crowns, bridges, inlays, dentures and implants placement. Manage treatment planning, treatment implementation, and follow-up care to ensure clinical excellence. Communicate and collaborate with patients, other members of the dental team, and other departments.

Requirements: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or foreign equivalent and Valid State of Illinois Dental License
